Hey guys, I wanted to showcase how I made a combination of swoosh sound effects using just 3 household items: I simply used a cooking spoon, a belt and a paper magazine.
I spent a few hours thinking about how I will recreate such a sound.
And my conclusion was, simply swing a few household items and capture that swoosh sound effect, and after this, add post effects to manipulate and edit the sound composition to output an altered signal.
These are the 3 household items which have I used to make my swoosh sound effects.

I used these items in front of my high quality condenser microphone, I also used internal advance software tools to remove any background noise ranging around 10 kHz whilst recording at 0.5 ratio of -30dB, giving me that high studio quality.

After I have recorded around 30 to 40 swoosh swings of all household items, I think I lost some calories doing this, and almost got a cramp in my arm.
But it was all well worth it.
I then used my advanced music production software unit to edit, cut, trim, flip and reverse some of these recording sounds.
I had issue with clipping at the start and the end of some of the sounds which I have recorded, so I had to fade in and fade out some of the recordings.
After I was done, I then laid all the sound effects on my visible playlist.

Some of these swoosh sound effects have been edited using the built-in WAV editor within my music production software unit.

I also added post effects, such as reverb, EQ, distortions, stereo enhancing, phaser, and sound saturation to achieve different styles of swoosh sound effects.
I really enjoyed producing and recording swoosh sound effects using just 3 household items. By using advanced EQ alterations and post effects, I was able to generate all different styles of swoosh sound effects.

You can listen to these over here; they are free to download. I have sound designed these to output high-quality sound signals, which resulted in high-quality sound effects.
